Import Permits – For specific goods like chemicals, plants, food, or restricted items, import permits are necessary to meet Australian regulations.
DAFF Biosecurity Import Conditions System (BICON) Compliance – Documentation confirming compliance with Australia’s BICON requirements, which assess the biosecurity risks of imported goods.
Treatment Certificates (e.g., Heat Treatment, Methyl Bromide) – If goods or packaging materials (like wooden pallets) have been treated to meet quarantine requirements, certificates must be provided to confirm the type and method of treatment.
Fumigation Certificate – (e.g., Sulfuryl Fluoride, Methyl Bromide) Required when goods have been treated for pests, especially if the shipment contains wooden products. This certificate proves the goods have undergone proper fumigation in line with Australian biosecurity standards.
