We assess your documents and provide necessary templates to ensure you have the correct documentation for clearance in advance of your shipment arrival.
Based on your documents, we can advise and ensure concise clearance requirements for Customs including duty minimization requirements through the use of Free Trade Agreements, tariff concessions or other reduction methods.
We ensure clearance through Quarantine, and other Government departments including Department of Infrastructure, TGA requirements, restricted or prohibited goods permits and similar are adhered too correctly and any inspections or goods testing requirements are conveyed to you.
Once your goods are cleared we will send you an invoice for payment via EFT or our online portal. Payment in advance ensure clear status on arrival and smooth delivery.
We can arrange delivery to your door, whether it’s via Sideloader, or via a hot-shot courier for your cargo, we have the ability to arrange all types of deliveries.
